Darktown Strutters.

I came across this when listening to the excellent Tommyboy Vice Mixtape. All the Mixtape is pretty
special, but this track stood out. Darktown Strutters, hail from Dallas,
Texas, and have been creating a good vibe over there, being critically
hailed as the next new thing, I am not too sure about that, but I adore this.
